VISION
In an effort to reverse the trends of unhealthy relationships, to promote the well being of children, and to strengthen the infrastructure of our community Sally Kate Winters Healthy Marriage Initiative will:
 • Advocate for strong, healthy marriages
• Increase father involvement in the lives of their children
• Reduce out of wedlock pregnancies
